Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

At Evenely ("Evenely", "we") we process your personal data solely to provide our services, manage your subscription or custom project, and respond to your enquiries. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, for how long, and what rights you can exercise, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is Evenely. Full identification details are available in the Site's Legal Notice. You can contact us about data protection matters at info@evenely.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you provide directly through the Site's forms (name, email, company and interest in the contact form), the data needed to manage your subscription and billing, usage data from the dynamics you create or manage on the platform, and browsing data collected via cookies if you have given your consent (see Cookie Policy).

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data to: respond to your enquiries and quote requests; manage your subscription, billing and platform access; provide the custom dynamic development service; comply with our legal and tax obligations; and, if you have given consent, analyze Site usage for statistical purposes via Google Analytics.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (managing subscriptions and custom projects); user consent (contact form, analytics cookies); and compliance with legal obligations (billing and tax).

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as the contractual or service relationship lasts and, once it ends, for the applicable legal limitation periods (in particular, tax and accounting obligations). Contact form data with no subsequent contractual relationship will be kept for a maximum of 12 months.

6. Recipients and data processors

Your data may be shared with providers acting as data processors under contract (hosting provider, SMTP email provider, Google LLC for Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA services), always with the safeguards required by GDPR. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes unrelated to the service.

7. International transfers

Some of our providers (such as Google, for Analytics and reCAPTCHA) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, such transfers are carried out under the safeguards provided by GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to info@evenely.com, stating the right you wish to exercise along with a copy of an ID document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data, and the risks involved.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative developments or changes to our services. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
